    Welcome, our company was designed to exceed all of your expectations of a contracting company. Over 25 years, the most important things we have heard from our clients are the price, quality and the time it takes to do the project. Other concerns also include licensing, insurance liability, and the testimonial's regarding the contractor.

 
    To address the price issue, we have created a system where the client pays for their material; we buy it, and then give the owner the receipt of materials purchased when we deliver the material to the project site. Delivery is included in the labour. The labour portion of the job is paid hourly, by the day( 8 Hr.), or by the week, depending on the job.


    To address the quality of the work, we will discuss your expectations and preferences regarding the project. Until you are satisfied the job is done to your liking, you do not pay for labour. However, keep in mind, the higher the quality of work, the more time it will take to complete.


     Now for the final concern, the time it takes to complete the project. First we do only one job at a time; we give an allotted amount of time for us to complete the project, which we will discuss with you prior to starting.
